If you are on a holiday on weekends, I better do a activity like doing a hobby, gathering with family, the point is to refrify to clear the mind back, so I will be able to return to trading well again when the market opened

many things i can do when i am not trading foreign exchange or on holidays maybe i will do a study alone by doing positive things like reading

I will do sports that I usually can't do every Monday to Friday and I will also do things I usually can't do like cooking or maybe playing with the kids.

Unfortunately, I usually just watch television or watch YouTube or other educational videos so that I can add to my insight on how to do a good Open position because indeed the most difficult thing is to open a position and maintain financial management and I admit that  So far I haven't mastered it yet.

What I do on holidays is just doing sports and maybe going to the park because that's what I do on holidays and it makes my mind fresher.  So indeed we prefer me to do it with our own convenience.

Usually I just watch television or watch my favorite video, I don't have any activities. Besides that, it's because during the holidays I want to calm myself down, I don't have to do work every day.

If I'm an online maniac, the market is closed, I'm browsing, looking for trading materials, e-books, indicators, joining forums. There is no time left to waste, it must be filled with things that support trading performance. Refreshing a few hours is enough.
