in my opinion if the holiday we have to do is refreshes, this is so that we can have a clear mind, and it will be good for our trading for the future

For vacation problems, I usually just do it to study or educate the people around me because I also teach and I am also with that because sharing knowledge is indeed good.

When I'm on vacation, the first thing I do is take a break, the second is I want to play games that I couldn't do before because it's work so that my brain doesn't get stressed.

To be sure there are many things I can do when it's mainly for problems. How can I calm my heart and mind when I'm not doing trading activities because it's very important for my psychological and mental condition so that it returns to normal again.

Actually I want forex to open 7 x 24 am, but Saturday and Sunday forex is off. What I do when the forex holiday is a walk to the beach.

What I do when it's possible I will do my usual activities like someone who is on vacation like lying down at home or making my favorite food or just watching television.

When I have a day off I will do activities that I could not do before. When I have a working day like I will watch television watching my favorite thing or I will hang out with my children.
