I do not do activities related to forex when the holidays arrive because I have to do activities that make my mind fresh with my family.

holidays are days when traders have to rest or take a trip for recreation so that the mind is fresh again, if I will definitely take a vacation and forget for a moment about forex trading.

holidays are very valuable for traders so during holidays we don't get dizzy thinking about trading, rest your mind so you can get fresh again and be able to trade properly again.

Rest of the mind is needed to be able to trade properly again.
Not only on weekends if you are on a trading vacation, if you have met your profit target you should also take a vacation.
