We really need patience in dealing with minus floating in trading, because many people are impatient when they get minus floating, but in the sense of minus floating is still within the limits of our planning

Patience is a powerful weapon in trading. Patience in this case is being able to face inner pressure in the process of practicing to become a professional trader.
