what I do is only to analyze my favorite currency pair but if my chosen currency pair is not suitable or cannot be traded on that day then I will stop first or I can look for another currency pair

Usually the preparation I do is to analyze currency pairs that tend to have a good role, meaning that when the trend is not good, I will replace it with another currency pair, if the currency pair is graphically regular, I will place a pending order.

When I usually analyze healthy currency pairs, I mean when we analyze a healthy currency pair we will find a chart or pattern whose structure is up and down is good.

there was no preparation whatsoever that I did when the market opened all I did was analyze using makeshift tools such as fractals and zigzags
