before calling the broker fraudulent, it would be nice if we first examined whether it was really like that, but if it is proven, you can proceed legally if you are harmed

I see that fraudulent brokers will not be able to survive because many of their customers will leave them, and honest brokers who always pay their customers will still survive. Therefore, I have always avoided trading with fraudulent brokers.
