this could be because we have the wrong mindset, so we will have the wrong thoughts and this will make us wrong in always acting and where it will cause us to always experience losses.

if this always happens meaning we are still wrong in treating trading itself, where it exists from the wrong mindset, that's what I often see from most traders who fail

indeed humans often make mistakes and the strange thing is that mistakes are always repeated, I think this needs to be evaluated so as not to repeat the same mistakes.

The trading mistake you made should not happen again and again when you realized it. Or you are deliberately repeating a mistake that only yourself knows so you should not do it.

error after mistake we keep repeating and we know the error is the same mistake. we repeat it because we are never aware.

We do this very often, but I think we can stop the same mistakes by keeping a journal, maybe we can try to find a mentor, maybe they can see our weak side.
