I feel the development of my trading skills is very slow, to achieve consistent profits seems very difficult. The results are sometimes very good but it only lasts for a while, and after that the loss comes. Do you feel the same way? and what caused all this?

ability trading is growing slowly because we are lazy to learn and practice.

in my opinion in trading we must always be patient and disciplined in order to succeed
