this is because we cannot focus on our own trading system, we are easily tempted by the system of others and finally try it, as a result our process will repeat from the beginning again every time you change the system

As far as I know, your abilities don't develop or are very slow to progress because you don't hone them. You only read techniques but you don't practice them. That's why when you learn a technique you have to develop it using your demo account, keep practicing.

Do not be quick to want to get a lot of profit from forex. It is better for our account to grow slowly than to grow quickly but prone to margin calls.
