Hello Admin,

Attaching some of the Sidus indicators (not sure who created, as there are 100s of them), may be a few changes in the code could possibly speed up in creating our indicator.

Cheers and wish you a great week end.

Warm Regards

Thanks, but the indicator is almost done already. I've just been busy. I want to make some small changes and then test it some more.

Attached is the new Vulkan indicator. As I said earlier, it draws the arrows based on the LWMA and EMA crosses from the Vulkan Profit indicator, but with NO extra filters. It does not use Sidus, RSI, or anything else. So it draws more arrows than the original Vulkan Profit indicator.

Thanks much mate, appreciate your time and efforts on this one.

Yes, as you stated there are quite a lot of arrows being printed on the chart.   Is it possible to add a filter like RSI 16 > 50 (for buy arrows) and RSI 16 < 50 (for Sell arrows) can be added.  I know I had mentioned that I am satisfied with just the MA Cross arrows, but now when I see the chart the chart seem to be filled with arrows.  I probalby thought one or two extra arrows might be there.  I sincerely apologize for this. I will leave it to you if you can do it, else will manage with the one you made.  Thank you so much.  God Bless you brother !

Warm Regards

Being an experienced coder and trader, please do feel free to add any filters that would make this strategy more accurate.

I personally am not a fan of indicators. There are only a few I give my time to. The rest I don't bother with. I'll add the RSI and hopefully that will work for you.

Admin,

Interestingly I found the source code for the Vulkan aka Sidus indicator.  Guess someone must have decompiled it and upon checking the indicator settings, it is the exact replica of the Vulkan Profit settings.  So I am assuming the source code is equivalent to that of the VP indicator.

From the code (whatever I could interpret) I see they have used RSi and CCI as well.  Could you kindly check the code and see if this is true.

Warm Regards

Yes, it uses CCI and RSI. It's decompiled coding and it has a lot of warnings. So whether or not the CCI or RSI is being properly used is another story though.

This indicator seems to drawn endless arrows on the chart. I do not think it is the same as the Vulkan Profit indicator. Did you test it?

Yes I checked them and this exactly replicates the VP Indicator in signals and works the same 95% of the time (punching arrows as the VP indicator).

Attaching the screen shot with both the indicators in action.

All those that are circled in yellow are signals by both the indicators and there are some areas where the signals was a bit awry which are circled in Orange_Red, which is okay considering the matching of the signals produced by VP.

Interestingly it also prints the dots yellow/cyan (which you rightly identified in the very beginning and which I did not see on the chart).

Now that we have the source code, do you think you can add these filters and any other things that was amiss to your indicator (new one that modified and gave it to me) and we can check it out.

Thank you for your continued support and assistance.

Warm Regards

Forgot to mention the fact, that this new indicator too misses signals (as much as the VP indicator) and requires refreshing the screen, or changing symbols/timeframes to get the signal.  Thence I had requested you to kindly add the missing filters in your indicator, so that we can test it.

On a hindsight, now that I have tested two of them with the same built (code) which continues to have the missing signals, do you think this has any thing to do with the strategy itself.  I tend to disagree with that thought, as the buy/sell comes when you change the symbols/time frames and when you look at the cross-over (I mean 3/8 over/under 18/28)  and this beats me on the strategy part.

Let me have your thoughts.

Warm Regards

Here is what the indicator displays on my end. It just displays endless arrows.

You must have the original EX4 that was produced before the newer MT4 builds came out. So that would explain why it is working for you. The code contains many warnings based on the new MT4 builds. And so when it is compiled, the newer version EX4 doesn't work right.
