hello friends, i got these 2 indicators, which are not that good,
But when i tried to open them in metaeditor, they can't , from editor ,they are not visible only,

my q is ,is there any way to edit them or make them visible?

They are probably EX4 versions. You can only edit MQL4 versions. You should attach the specific indicators you are referring to though.
