The 'MQL Trade Copier EA' is an easy-to-understand and efficient trade copier EA for MT4. It is a 'local' copier. Meaning, it can copy trades to other MT4 accounts running on the same computer as the one the Master account is running on. It uses no custom DLL and is easy to install. It has only 2 inputs and is very easy to use.

Here is the full information about the MQL Trade Copier EA

MQL Trade Copier v1.10 has been released. It has a few new improvements such as new optional inputs and faster trade copying.

There is also a new video showing the MQL Trade Copier in action too.

I assume your Master account will be trading with larger lots, but you want the Slave EA to trade with a set lot size of 0.01 no matter what. If so, here is an example of how to do that. Let's say the Master account trades for 0.30 lots. You can set the 'Lot_Multiplier_Percent' to a very small number like 5. This will mean that the slave will trade 5% of 0.30 lots, which is a small number. The Slave EA will then round up and use the broker's min. lot size of 0.01. There is no fixed lot size input. So this is the only way to do it, but it depends on the situation too. For example, if your Master will always be trading with 1.00 lot sizes then you could set the input to 1 because 1% of 1.00 is 0.01. In this case, the input will perform the same function as a fixed lot size input.

Yes, you can add more account numbers later. Just send an email to support and it will be done for you.

Yes, the type of account doesn't matter. You can use any type of broker or account type for either Master or Slave.

But can the master copy the demo account trade? If you can it is very detrimental to the customer. Because the master copy trade doesn't really manage the money. Because it's only fake money

Yes, the master can copy trades from demo accounts. If you don't want to copy demo account trades, simply do not set it up to do that. You are in control of what account trades are copied from.
