Here is a new EA for all members to use on trial.
It is an upgraded version of Trio, which I have posted before.
Please do not put the EA on a Real money account until you are familiar with it, you do it at your own risk.
The EA uses 3 EMA's on the M5 chart, and trades in the direction of the H1 chart. You can drop the EA on any time frame, it will still only trade off the M5 and H1 charts. (Although your trade entries might look very confusing if you drop it on another time frame)
Trio Plus does not place SL or TP with the broker, but instead will close orders when the desired levels are reached. It will also close half the position when TP reached 1:1 of SL level, and then move a hidden SL to break even, thus minimizing losses.
Please read the "About" tab, explanations are there too.

The EA is available on trial, which will expire 28 Feb 2019. If you want the full version, you need to make either positive and relevant contributions to this forum, or make a donation to the forum.

Please run it strategy first and do your own optimization.

PS. I have a custom indicator which draws MA's on different time frames eg, if you want a H1 EMA 21 MA on a M5 time frame.

EA's trade without emotions, they gather the relevant data and execute a program. Because everything is in computer language, the EA is much more sensitive to the numbers you see on your screen, for example, a moving average cross, a human see an up cross as one line above the other line, and also the difference between the 2 values, eg, 1.20155 and 1.20160, for a human this might not be a valid cross, but the EA sees "more detail" and only reacts on the numbers and this cross will be valid for an EA.
Also, if your PC is on, EA's will open and manage trades if you are not there, this can result in more trades, which can be either good or bad

how does this EA work? is it looking for intersections of the moving average lines

What is the minimum capital so that this EA can be safely used?

It gets the overall direction from the H1 MA's, then get entry prices from the M5 moving averages.
Concerning the capital amount, that is a question you need to answer yourself after you tested the EA in demo
