Apart from providing overbought and oversold information, stochastic can also be used to look for bullish divergence and bearish divergence. The method is similar to finding a divergence pattern on CCI.

Stochastic bullish divergence
The above is an example of bullish divergence obtained using stochastic on the AUD / USD chart. Bullish divergence will get confirmation when stochastic rises beyond the level of 50.

Stochastic bearish divergence
Above this is an example of bearish divergence seen in the AUD / USD chart using stochastic. The bearish divergence confirmation is when stochastic drops past the 50 level.
How, it's quite simple right? All you need to do now is multiply the exercise by observing stochastic.

there is very easy bro.. The price make higher high but the indicator make higher low. There is a different movement between price and indicator. That we call a divergence pattern. In normal condition, if the price moving up the indicator moving up too. but what happen if the price moving up but the indicator moving down?

Indeed, the indicator often goes down but the candlestick moves up. Because basically the indicator itself moves it to follow the candlestick. This often happens especially in large time frames. Because the trend itself between small and large time frames is not the same. So I think it's better to focus on one time frame. follow where the candlestick moves.
