Re. Expert Advisors - Programming using the C sharp language

Hi-

I need an EA coded to open a trade at the cross of Ema 7 weighted and SMA 14 weighted, with take profit, stop loss and break even parameters. The platform is proprietary. Their support team says as long as the code is in C Sharp language it will work. Please confirm the price and timeline for completion, and if anything further is required.

To be honest, I don't imagine anyone making an EA without at least knowing where it will run later. Some details like the platform name needs known at least. Better yet, access to the platform so the EA can be tested and debugged before delivery.

how long have you been using this trading technique in daily trading,
for pairs that match which pair to use
can it be used for all timeframes?
