You request manually by PM or email. I then redeem the points manually. It takes a little effort and time.

You don't necessarily need a new account just because of a margin call. Unless your account is negative or you just want to keep new trades organized with a new account.

First, please post questions like this in the appropriate topic. There is a trading rebates topic.

Secondly, you only recently started trading and it should be easy to just look in your account history to get an estimate of your rebates. You made a dozen or so trades. So just use the example in the trade rebates section to get an idea of your rebates. It is a manual process for me, and so I do not want to spend time calculating for such small amounts.
