You always get to keep your profit. So if your balance is $208.11 and you received $100 from Forex Zone, then your profit is $108.11. This is what you will get.

It depends on what source for Bitcoin you are looking at. For example, on FxGlory the BTC price is $8678 but on CoinMarketCap, the price is $8750. On FxChoice the price is $8700. There are different markets for Bitcoin and Bitcoin can be very volatile too.

 No, there is no withdrawal fee, but there is a Bitcoin network fee and also there is a time delay from when the transaction is sent to the time it is received in your wallet too.

The bonus is only for FxGlory. You get it for every deposit. It goes away when you make a withdrawal back to IB.
