how about changing accounts? So we keep using fxopen but we create a new account, so we go back to 0 again. Is it that way we still have to return our losses?
Every trade will definitely experience a loss using either a new account or an old account, we can measure all of that in good analytical skills and minimize losses.

it will be the same because what is calculated is the accumulation of funds from external transfers (IB), I opened a new account to redeem points after my old account was inactive but after I made a withdrawal it was still calculated in 1 cabinet the accumulation was even calculated from the old account deposit that was no longer active. I had to raise $ 300 to replace funds that I lost in my old account due to a margin call so that the new account I opened could make withdrawals. In essence, you have to return the total funds you receive from the IB (admin fz) even though it's different accounts in 1 cabinet. So try not to get a margin call so that you don't have debt with FXOpen as a condition for withdrawal.

I think this is a bit strange, the admin said that if we experience a margin call then we don't have to replace the margin call which is charged in the form of debt. or maybe there is an error or bug in fxopen, I think there should be clarification from the admin as an IB, whether this is the rule or is there just a problem

the admin himself did not know about this, I also just found out after making a withdrawal last Friday and it was proven. I was very disappointed and I had a dispute with FXOpen customer service in the online chat and they still said that all my funds had to be returned to the IB, including the funds in the old account that had been deactivated for a long time because there was no trading activity. I wouldn't talk like this if you didn't experience it yourself, you can prove it yourself if you don't believe it. I want to ask you a little, are you an FXOpen or FXGlory user? Does FXGlory also apply the same thing with FXOpen regarding funds from external transfers (IB), maybe I should move to FXGlory if it is better there.

I think this is very strange, the money transferred to our account should be our full right, the problem of money is loss, profit or even margin call should not be a problem, that means FXopen does not allow its clients to lose or margin calls where it is our money, not brokerage. very strange, this is the first time I have encountered this kind of thing. I come from Indonesia, and I have no other choice but to use fxopen, because fxglory is no longer accepting Indonesian clients.

They said that funds from external transfers did have such a policy. If FXGlory is the same or doesn't even accept clients from Indonesia, it means that I have no hope in this fz anymore because it's useless to get bonuses, redeem points and so on because it's hard to withdraw. or hopefully admin fz has other alternatives in that matter or add a really good broker not a fraudulent broker like FXOpen.

maybe the admin can become an IB from another broker, or can go back to the beginning where if we have reached 100 000 points can be exchanged for btc and we can withdraw directly, maybe the admin can provide a solution to this problem
