It looks like your trade was open and closed too fast. FXGlory has a minimum of 7 minutes rule. So your trade is useless and even if you made profit, it would not be counted. six days ago I sent an email request to move ib but until now have not received a reply.  My request has not been processed, I have chat live cs every day.  have you ever experienced?

Yes, this happened to me before too. I do not know if their IB email address is dysfunctional or if it simply is not monitored. I have received replies from their other support email, but the IB email address is the one they don't reply to. Sorry this happened. I would suggest maybe you open a new account using the link on the forum if you still get no reply. Make sure IB code 5828 is shown on the registration form when you sign up too.

After continuing to contact the support chat service, I received a reply email with information that my application was processed. please check the account number 84179 is it visible?
