This was already answered before and is explained in the bonus notes section.

No, you can get free trading money using forum points to qualify for the FZT bonus.

Also, I don't think I ever received a bonus for opening the FxGlory account.  (Perhaps I am mistaken - if so SORRY for bothering you).  Thanks.
