So sorry to hear that,i'm not open account in templerfx,but so many quote & review from another that they make it difficult for withdrawal but easy for deposited, let's waiting from another may be have an experience how to take a way to withdrawn with smart way.

This broker is a scam. My experience is also the same when I want to withdraw bonus accounts, it is always difficult and CS is rarely active
