I cannot give you advice like this. Mostly for legal reasons, but also because I do not know your financial situation and would not feel right giving you advice personally like this. I can only post my reasoning for my own trading and also more general trade opportunities in the technical section.

I would say that if you are scared of Brexit, then you probably should skip trading the GBYJPY pair.

I sold the USDJPY pair. There were a few reasons why. First, there was a trend line on the H4 chart that had been tested a long time. When this happens, the chances that the line will fail is strong. Also, price was also at a strong resistance level on the H4 chart too. On the Daily chart, price had broken a trend line downwards and had been retracing back upwards for some time, but unable to get back above the line. The chances of price falling are also very strong from this. The agreement of all these facts made a very strong sell signal for the USDJPY.

So I sold and had a sell limit order just in case price went up a little more. It later filled too. Price fell as I expected and my TP level would have easily been hit, but I closed these trades out early manually to free up some margin for other trades.

Total profit = +$61.20

I have been bearish on GBPUSD which I have posted about recently. There is a trend line on the Daily TF that has been broke and re-tested. This is a long-term trading opportunity. As price goes up, I will be selling as I did now. I expect GBPUSD to go down to at least 1.3000.

Total profit =+$236.80

I am still bearish USDTRY long-term, as I posted about before. It has been moving upwards for the last week and I consider this a good time to re-enter sell trades. This pays positive interest when holding sell trades open. So most of this profit as shown in the attachment is from interest. I have USDTRY sell trades still currently open and will be holding on to these and collecting the daily profit until price falls.

Total profit = +$447.41

if it's a very expensive exotic pair of spreads, is the analysis also the same as the major pair, maybe the range, I'm like that, who knows if you're willing to help me analyze the exotic pair, thanks

My starting balance at the time of this post is $2563.06. I actually had a winning trade while posting this. So I will be including that as well. See attachments.

Strategy: I will be using a combination of trend lines, support/resistance, and some indicators available on this forum such as the FEN indicator, Gann Time Clusters, and possibly some more.

Entries: I sometimes use pending orders and sometimes market orders. It depends on when I see a good trade set up and my availability. I will also use an averaging in method. So if price goes against my trade(s), I will open another trade in the same direction to get a better overall combined price. Any unfilled pending orders will be deleted after profit is reached.

Exits: I usually will set a set TP. I usually do not set a SL. This is just my personal style. That may be too risky for many traders, but that's fine. I will not be setting a SL for the following reasons:

  • I do not have to worry about getting stopped out of an otherwise great trade. Forex is volatile and many times a SL will be barely hit and then price goes on in the right direction afterwards.
  • This is money I can afford to lose. I will not lose any sleep over margin calls, if any. I am trading with pure profit from previous trading activity after withdrawing my initial deposit amounts.
  • I am trading with an account with low leverage. So even if my trades are liquidated after a margin call, there will still be money left in the account for future trading.

Broker: I will be using Oanda with 50:1 leverage and the FIFO rule enforced.
Hello admin, it looks like you are not always updated in your journal, even though I still want to study with you recently.

I post the reasoning for my trades. And if I don't post specifically why, it's because sometimes my trades are just repeats of previous trades if the market retraces back to where it had been before. Since my trade forecasts are long-term, I can sometimes enter the same or similar trades more than once.

I currently have USDTRY sell trades open. I am still bearish on USDTRY long-term, as I have posted about before. It has been bullish for the last week or so. In addition to my long-term outlook, USDTRY has now reached a good resistance point on the Daily TF. So I am expecting a drop to start any time now. I will hold on to my trades until that happens. I receive daily interest for these trades as shown in the screenshot.

Total profit = +$243.24

You should see a 'Notify' or '(Un)Notify' button which you can use to set up alerts. Also, when you post something, there is a tick box to opt in for receiving alerts too.

About videos, I am not offering trading lessons or advice. I do take screenshots and occasionally post signals or trading opportunities in the technical section. If you read my previous posts in my journal, you may see a long-term direction I am expecting. For example, I am bearish on USDTRY right now.
